The 'Local' off licences in Liverpool are closing, many during next week and they are clearing all the stock at half price or less, Wine from £2 a bottle and lots of other bargains. They have shops round the country so if you have one by you pop in and grab a bargain :beer:

Found another on today selling Gordens gin for £6.50 a bottle Pims £2 Prosecco £3 sweets are 70% off They are part of the Threshers group attached ( hope) are other shops that are also closing

Yep, I work for them so our store is closing on thursday. All Haddows, Victoria Wine, Wine Rack and the Local are closing down in Scotland as they arent franchised in Scotland. Great bargains to be had, some stores are going down to 90% off everything

spoke to my sister who says there are some down south with the same amazing offers the closures are phased and cover all their branded shops so is nationwide.

In Norwich there is one at the Boundary Road and one in Catton. (Just to save others looking!) ....... nothing near me!

Keep in mind the poor staff who are losing their jobs at this time of year while you enjoy the fruits of your "discount".

Thats true, but now we dont have to work Christmas Eve or New Years eve until 10pm
