hello

ok I am facing up to how in debt we are and you all sound friendly.

I am married and we both work, DH has the better job financially. No matter how much we earn we never have enough to last the month.we have 4 kids too.

per month we bring in aprrox.£2700
we owe aprrox £150,000

£116,000 on the mortgage
£12,000 from the motgage reserve
£1,500 barclay card
£3,500 A&L card
£15,000 secured loan (bought a car and caravan)
£250 overdraft

we have a catalogue account too which we owe around £350.
we have a bill account that we pay £1950 into every month.
we often get payment charges and bank charges too:o

We have a bad credit history so cant switch cards :o

I have found a site to get budget meal recipes(not sure if i can give the link) to reduce shopping bill

Hi Mum (OMG not said that in such a long time)

Welcome to the DFW and congrats on your first post.

You're right, everyone here is really nice.

If you post your statement of affairs (SOA) some of the experts will have a look and help where they can.
