Anyway.... in order to test your "3 for 2" experiment, open up another web browser.

For example, open IE (internet explorer) and add 3 of the hats into the basket.

Then open up another browser such as Firefox / Chrome etc and add your desired qty into that browser.

That way you have a back up in case things go wrong as cookies are browser dependant and by the looks of it the Boots site uses cookies in order to track / identify visitors (yes I'm a geek).

PS don't forget Quidco for both browsers.

And you need two differnt log-ins to do this, as if you use the same log-ins, it will just add the two orders together :-(

Hello, I just wondered if you, or someone could fill me in with what happened to the old Boots thread? I had my Appendix taken out this time last year and the Boots thread really kept me sane and helped completely with my Christmas shopping while I was on bed rest for three weeks recovering!!

P.s i'm going to my local Boots in edinburgh for 8.30, spoke to the SA tonight and she told me they had LOADS in the back!! I'm buying 3, one for me and 2 for gifts

I've never personally experienced boots cancelling my order, I was lucky and managed to get the Sanctuary and No 7 for men when they were both on offer but I couldn't say for definite I'm chancing ordering one online ... fingers crossed !!
