i was dreaming all night last night of getting my hatbox how sad is that, i am leaving for work extra earlier even told my car share to get a move on in the morning so that we can leave extra early so i dont miss out. how sad is that.

I am ridiculously excited, I live in France so I end up having to buy my toiletries from the pharmacy and it's not cheap...I love S&G and I had a big list of stuff to buy when I came back to UK for Christmas, so when I saw this offer I could barely cope with the excitement! I shall be online at midnight hoping I can order it, if not I'll be at my local branch in Watford at 8.30am, even if I have to trudge through the snow. I went there the other day and they did indeed have hundreds of them, they were all stacked at the bottom of the stairs and there was one very confused bloke wondering why there were quite so many. If I don't get a couple of boxes tomorrow to keep me going for the next year I genuinely will cry!!!

I nipped into the Leeds City Centre Boots in Albion Street (which is a big store) about an hour ago, and I couldn't see ANY hatboxes. The shelves that I remember them being on last week are now stacked sky-high with the Big Bather barrels.

Can't order online, because I need them as Christmas presents, and they might not turn up in time, but really, really want them as presents for my two best friends. I've just been made redundant, and they've been so incredibly supportive, and I can just about afford the £40, but am a bit screwed on what to get them if Leeds isn't stocking the hatboxes!

Anyone in the area got any ideas about the situation in the Leeds store? Have I just been really blind, and someone else has seen millions of them stacked somewhere?

I am, though its a pressie for myself so it doesnt matter if i dont get it for xmas day, just as long as i get it! lol
