I keep thinking that maybe I could use the excuse it will make the bathroom look pretty and the hatbox is a perfect place to store all my other toiletries, hubby thinks I'm mad!

You think that's mad? Am hoping for a new bathroom sometime next year and keep wondering if I should choose a colour scheme to go with the hatbox so it can be a feature. Now that is mad!!

I can't understand people trying to buy this at 00:01 or queing to get into the shops? These things surely aren't going to sell out in a matter of minutes imo...

it will be interesting...depends how big your local boots is....and these are definitely bargains :money:

For any Telford people on here - I was in Boots Forge Retail Park today and they said they have 5 pallets full out the back for the morning. I'm dropping my kids at school in Priorslee at 8.45 so should be parked by 9 ready to get a couple then Christmas shopping is over :-).

I was instore at lunchtime... bit the bullet and brought one to the till. The young SA told me that they would be £20 tomorrow and that I should buy one today and bring it back and re-buy it for £20 'as they would all be gone within minutes'! I was touched by her kindness in telling me (my faith in the local Boots SAs is restored). She said that she shouldn't be telling me but she hated the thought of me paying £30 too much! Bless her!!!

So... I bought it and will bring it back and re-buy it. Sorry, I know I shouldn't but I had a terrible night's sleep last night and have a really early start tomorrow, and cannot afford to stay up until possibly 1am to order it. Plus I was able to pay for it with points, which wouldn't have been possible online.

    *hangs head*

(in my defence, I only want one and it is not for eBay!!!)

If the website's run out by the time I get up for work at 5.30am I'm just going to accept that I wasn't supposed to get one. It's our work Xmas do tomorrow afternoon and I'm not sure I'll be sober enough to roll into Boots afterwards.

Can I refuse the delivery if I ordered it online and then rolled into the shop to get one with my points instead?

Edit ... I suppose I could return to store for refund instead?

Anyone know how heavy or approx. dimensions of this?

I need 3 to ship to Australia...

They are quite bulky and heavy so would cost a lot to go to Australia. I sent a card, DS game and a baby jumper last week and it cost nearly £6.00 so would dread to think how much these would cost to send :j

I was actually dreaming about the S&G hatbox last night lol!!
