Sorry, I meant i had come on to see what others had done about there missing products as i am missing the lip gloss from my box. But i came on the thread and got sidetracked x

I'm not sure whether you got your hatbox online or instore but from what I've read, people have emailed customer services and notified them what was missing from their hatbox and they have been credited with advantage points ... I hope that helps.

  • The hair mask, seemed to leave my hair coated if you get my drift, then it went very static like, it seems ok now but not keen on mask might give it away.

I have very thick long hair and I loved the mask. It did seem to make my hair go a little thicker, but made it so much less flyaway
    :)
  • Just to let you all know that I cant use hair mask either (got it last Xmas), but have found that if I apply it and rinse before shampooing it still conditions but is not as heavy. This was a tip from my hairdresser.

    Hope this helps!

which I've noticed people are trying to sell on ebay

If anyone isn't that bothered about their boots points I've noticed that Harvey Nichols have some s&g stuff in their sale. They have 'mighty mouth', 'scrub of your life', 'righteous butter lite' and 'glamalot' all half price at the minute

I stocked up on scrub of your life on boxing day! Was £3.00 each :D

I always put deep conditioning hair treatments on first, I usually put them on with a face mask, then wash the whole lot off in the shower. Then I thoroughly shampoo, and it should make a difference. Also it depends on your hair type, I think this is probably for thicker hair. You can put a tiny bit through the ends which is the part that needs conditioning, don't put it near the roots or it will end up greasy and too heavy. You might have having a problem because it's not all washing out properly.

I have a bottle of the Aussie deep treatment stuff that always leaves my hair greasy and horrible, I'll try using that one first :)

just been to boots, there was no s and G left, so I bought a tin with boots botanical aromatherapy oils, massager, oil burner etc, for a tenner, and a charles worthington shine hair set for £6.
