check online it gives you the opening times of your local ones if you enter your postcode.

I don't think there's an option to cancel your order online (unless they've added it just recently). I think you have to call customer service, and they may or may not be able to cancel it. You could just have it sent to the store and if you already have one by then, you could fail to pick it up and in two weeks they send it back to the warehouse and credit you. Boots isn't always so organized, though, so I would worry about it until I saw the credit on my account!

Another option is to go to the store, and if you can't get one, THEN place the order online. They may temporarily go out of stock online, but I would think they will restock? Boots hopefully knows by now how popular s&g is and won't leave fans hanging!

if i ordered online for store collection. When i pick up would Boots give a refund for the drop in price? or have a full refund and then pay for it again at reduced price?

If you order online you pay online at whatever price it happens to be..& then just go & collect it from Boots when you're ready...no payment required.

Hi don;'t know if this is any help but I ordered the Gok Wan at 12.25am Friday morning (still at ootw price ) delivery date was Wed 16th and got an email this afternoon to say it could be collected instore tomorrow,Mon 14th!
Probably because it didn't sell as well as expected:) but I'm not complaining!

Received my FCUK Bag OOTW today which was delivered to home & it absolutely stank of what I can only describe as poo it was minging I am wondering whether they have rats or birds at the boots warehouse because this smelt disgusting, I went straight to the PO and posted it back to boots with a big note saying "THIS SMELLS!" on it lol.

Oh well I guess I'll save my money and get the soap & glory set instead!!

The stuff inside smells gorgeous - I absolutely love it! Especially the tubs - was so tempted yesterday to buy them as they're 324 but I've already ordered the bag for my daughter to give me for Christmas :rotfl:

I went to a large Boots today and they had run out of the FCUK bags already (got mine on Friday, yippie!) but they had a replacement of the Chilli Pepper bag down to £15 from £35!
