Boots OOTW 18/12/09

I ordered this morning online, 6am - got confirmation order through but reading the small print, it still needs to be verified so still no guarantee. Panicked and decided I would go and buy the 3 I needed, and then I could cancel my online order. My local Boots, Walsall park Street had 230 in stock and had sold out by 11.30

I asked one of the shop assistants if they had any more and she said she didn't know about any more coming in but that the offer was available all week so she thought they would be getting some more in at some point (although am not really very positive about that). Then asked if she thought my chances of getting my order online were good - she seemed to think so, as did several other staff members who were all joining in at this point. They all reassured me it would be fine. But then came on here and read it was out of stock online. Just checked and no money from my account

Am now panicking and wondering if it is worth me going into Brum tonight or not....

well i have to say ive no self control. ive got my works xmas bash tonight. ive opened the hat box smelled all the gorgeous products inside and have decided that when bath time comes in around 1.5hours im using my S&G stuff! Never used these products before but my sister is constantly raving about them. shes gonna be happy this time next week when she sees what santa has brought.

i reiterate - halifax had a starting stock of 400 but they were selling fast while i was there. hope all who live near here manage(d) to get one!

Crawley had loads of these however they said they were expecting them to all be gone by the end of the day! Hope you all get them - I tried online and then gave up and went into town!

Loads in Huddersfield - Leeds Road store and more in the back. SA was ust bringing some out still packed up in boxes for a lady who had bought six.

Went into Hudds town centre later - still stacks of them in there aswell. couldn't resist buying another!!!!! Have gone S&G crazy - never even tried it before.

Opened box when I gone home and phoned mum to describe everything to her. I'm thrilled and I smell fab too:j

I'm a little bit worried. I managed to order online and got my confirmation email at 2.45am, I ordered 2 to pick up on Wednesday at my local store so I've got my fingers crossed.

The excitement of this thread made me pop in this morning and pick one up! Cov arena store is next to the Tesco where I was doing the shopping anyway, so called in to buy one. I got there at 9.10. Was 2 large piles on entering the store and 2 small ones on leaving. Woman in front of me in the q had 6, saying "did you see that money man on the TV yesterday morning too - that's how I found out about the offer". I just smiled!!!!! woman behind me was moaning that she couldn't buy them online and she was trying at midnight, and got up again at 6am.

Finished the tesco shopjust under 2 hours later and there were no piles of hatboxes at all.

Will give to SIL for her birthday in a few months. OH won't be happy as it's something else from Boots for the loft - but at least I paid with points!

Hubby got me my hatbox soap and glory gift today in small local boots, has been really lovely and let me have this pressie early, its a fab box, especially for the money.

I ordered at 2:45 ish but my laptop died just before the mastercard verification. I got an e-mail confirmation but I called boots this morning to check that everything was ok with the payment etc and she said that I was and that I should be ok to get my order!
