  • Ok just spoke to customer service, all systems are down, she says they should be back up in an hour or so! Can't order online or over phone but people are working on it!
  • Just been to my local store (Tamworth) on my way to work and got one yay!
Bought it with my points so a lovely early Christmas pressie to myself!!!

There were loads out, a few people queuing to buy one but not too busy. The SA did say she didn’t think they would last the day though.

If it was 3 for £100 yesterday (taking into account the 342) and it is 3 for £60 today then on a scale of one to ten, does a bear sh*t in the woods?

    Yeah... losing it....

Right, I'm going to charge my laptop for a bit and have a cuppa, a ciggie and some nice healthy Jaffa Cakes (Courtesy of Approved Foods)
Back in an hour or so . . . (Watch it start working as soon as i close the blooming laptop, which is what it did last night!)

But what if someone wanted just one? :)

Yes of course, but looking throught the threads most are buying many more, being kidded that the offer is better than it really is. I just thought I'd point out then when buying in quantity the offer is 40% not 'better than half price'.
  • The c/s no I normally use is 08450708090 but looks like they will be limited in what they can do
Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:
  • It's 40% off.
the reason....If normal price for 3 is £100 [buy 1 get one free]
and we buy 3 at £20 now for £60. then instead of £100 we pay £60 this means 40% off.
    Is my maths wrong?

Yes, £100 if buying 3, is the normal price, but if you are only buying one, which is all I intend to do, then £50 has been reduced to £20, ie: price of one has been reduced by 60%

It is not like for like you are trying to compare as the 342 offer doesn't apply, hence the different percentages depending on how many you are buying. If the 342 still applied, it would be 60% off, if buying one it is 60% off, if you were buying 3 anyway, then yes it is only 40% off.
