    off topic again (amazing what you think about at 2am!) can anyone suggest healthy but tasty food for my shopping list? I work 12hr shifts so tend to pick at things - I've got raisins and tinned fruit down already

    OOOOooooo, I found if you press F5 lots in a row you can make the tab saying holding page disappear and it makes it look like its loading something different.
    It's not of course..
    D'oh!
