    Yes, and yes.
    I'm afraid a handy supply of kitchen roll/baby wipes needs to be on hand.
    Saying that, they do only dribble for a reason, eating, drinking, playing etc.
    It's not a constant thing, but when they've had a drink and they shake their heads, boy can it reach high up your walls!
