went there today, had a great little time with the Little ones.
£1 entry for parking
and £3 to see santa with gi ft (and they were ok gi ts too)
£2 donkey ride
but they had roast chesnuts which i love in the farm area was expecting to pay the usual £3 a bag etc at most xmas fairs and they were free, they also had mulled wine and stolen/mince pies, or hot vimto and mince pies/ stolen in the hall for a donation, so as little or as much as you like. they were playing xmas songs all nice and cosey.

the kids loved it and we spent very little, they also had christmas trees for sale at the horticultural centre but the kids just loved walking around looking at them all, honestly it was the cheapest aternoon i have spent there and really got the kids in the xmas spirit. It was lovely, not packed I expect most people were in the city centre shopping.

This is my favourite park in the north west, been many times even when they have had nothing going on and loved it every time and still not covered all the park grounds.

The farm is a highlight and the house when its open is lovely to look round, you can easily spend several hours here exploring for free :)
