Hello,
Does anyone work for Betterware as a TSA? If yes could you share your experiences of the business?
Do you need a minimum amount of books out/sales per week/month to become one? Did you start as a distributor?
Thanks!

Wow no responses? Are they really that rare?
I know a lot work as Distributors and also Co-Ordinators but none as a TSA? :eek:0 -
:jI am a betterware agent. To be honest i want TSA. My area manageress has said I would need to get £600 in orders per week, to keep the job, This would involve lots of catologues and lots of hours per week. lots of paper work and walking, regection and susspicion as people would see a stranger walking constantly round there nieghbourhood and walking up and down driveways. I just want to escape the coordinator, and his wife the area manageress. they reduce my commision, by 10%. as TSA I would earn 30% instead of 20%. Which i am now on. Betterware dose not pay petrol and you need to be urban based to earn £600 a week. Im Rural. So I can only dream. Well good luck. If I was you I would not give up the day job hunting. :beer:0

Not exactly correct munching melons
There are certain guidelines & targets yes
Have you contacted Betterware direct about becoming a TSA???
It is not your Area Managers decesion to recruit TSA's its is the Regional Sales Managers decesion
My good mate is one of these (Regionals) whereabouts in the UK are you based???

Hi Hazel
I asked my FRIEND in Betterware & he suggested applying for the TSA role through this link
http://www.betterware.co.uk/recruitmentemail.aspx?language=en-GB
This way your details get sent straight to the Regional Manager who HAS to make contact with you
The name you mention he knows is correct & he has said if you still dont get any joy pls come back to me or Betterware ASAP as he/they can put you in contact with the Divisional Leaders. This is obviousley dependant if they have vacancies in your area
I hope this helps Hazel :T
I'm led to believe this is a tougher role than the normal agent role & that you will need a car to get around your areas.
Like everything stick at it & it will become easier
A new desktop is not really needed as the placing of orders can be done on any PC/Laptop. Invoices are sent on adboe acrobat which is a free download
TSA role does have a higher expectation for sales BUT you will earn more as is I belive it is 30% PLUS a vast array of bonuses as well
Rural areas are normally the better selling areas
Regards & PM me for any other info
