GA Life?

I was origionally sold my endowment GA Life at GA Property services by an in-house advisor. This then became CGU, which then became Norwich Union.

I have now recieved a red letter and wish to complain. I think i was missold as i do not think the sale followed the rules in terms of explaination of investment and fact finding of my personal circumstances/attitude to risk.

Now i need to understand who i complain to, given the circumstances. Norwich Union?
