    My little order arrived this evening. I also paid £5 for express delivery, I think that's the only difference on which orders are being honoured and which haven't made it.

    Cancellation email here as well. The colours probably would have been too loud for my mum anyway but i just can't resist a bargain:D

    I got a cancellation email too Oh boo!!! Will have to let the MiL know, Body shop order has been despatched tho so woo for the money saving! Always worth a go!!!
    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
    New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!

    The coats are now back on the website. Are they legally allowed to tell us they are 'out of stock' then sell them at a higher price?

    I thought there were some regulations against that.

    Oh give it up ,it was worth a try and it didnt work ,hey ho ,get over it .
    You failed to rip Evans off for a few quid ,you cant really complain :D

    I'm not complaining, I was very lucky and received my order, although a friend of mine did not.

    I'm just pointing out that i'm not sure they can say items are 'out of stock' when they are clearly in stock!

    *eta* Plus I would just be interested be know what the legal position is, out of curiosity.

    When I did something similar and 'outed ' myself on here ,it was the general consensus that it was theft .
