hsbc loans and options
this is my first post
just got off the phone to a collections team manager this time. from the people who never listen hsbc. over the last 3mths they phone and we end up having a long conversation but to no end result. i am currently paying 150 per month when my payment is meant to be 289 a month. i have been told today that the calls will stop for 2mths and he hopes my situation improves to maybe pay more later. i explained it to him that it would not change unless i maybe won the lottery and to do that i would have to be able to aford a ticket. my question is this as i am paying 150 per month when will it be sent to metropolitan commerical. they are trying to get me to go to payplan, etc but all my other creditors are amazing so why should i stop the arrangements with them when payplan are offering them less and hsbc more. please give me some ideas many thanks
