i received 2 dispatched emails for one order: 1 yesterday around 7pm and secon one today at 7 am is it normal for asos?

Hi, I made an account, bought some stuff and now I can't log into my account? Tried to reset password incase I had typed wrongly but it's saying they dont recognise my email?? Emailed customer services who told me to reset my cookies but still no joy, gonna have to wait and see if the money comes out of my bank account, so annoying as I really wanted that order!! Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance...

ETA... Weird.... I cant find this thread unless I search asos in the search bar, then when I come to grabbit it shows up at the most recent post but it isnt on the grabbit board when I come on, maybe it's my computer being strange?!?

Because this offer has now expired its been moved from the "grabbit" board to "It's gone but was it any good" one.

I've no idea why you can't log in, but your confirmation email should have a reference number if you want to call CS and check the status of your order?
