Chicken out the freezer - what to cook?

Options
I got a pack of diced chicken out of the freezer last night but am now struggling to think what to do with it! I'm trying not to buy too much at the moment and use my store cupboard, and have the following items in at the moment:

Tin of HomePride BBQ Sauce
Jar of Chicken Tonight Spanish Chicken Sauce
Tinned Tomatoes
Onions
Potatoes
Rice
Pasta
Cheese
Garlic Bread
Part Baked Baguettes

and all of the usual herbs and additions like tomato puree.

Can you inspire me? I need all the help I can get with the footie on later!!!
Its nice to be important but more important to be nice!

Spanish chicken sauce/onions with pasta, topped with cheese, and garlic bread. It's there looking at you :)
The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.

We had hot chicken baguettes the other day which made a lovely change.
Baked the chicken in the oven with some peri peri seasoning (or you could use any of your favourite spices).

And just served in the freshly baked baguettes with salad and mayonaise.
Yummy. I could quite fancy that for lunch if I was at home right now.

I would stirfry the chicken with loads of sliced onions and some garlic. Add the spanish cook in sauce and some herbs. Serve this on a bed of rice with your garlic bread. MMMM sounds lovely.
Do you have any other veg like peppers, carrots? As the flavours of the fresh veg would add to the sauce.
