Hit and miss - weekly emails

After years of faultless delivery I now find the weekly email service very hit and miss. For around the last 2 months its been impossible to predict when, or if, they will arrive. By the time i reallise its not arrived I'm often too late to benefit from some of the time-sensitive stuff :(
When I say its hit and miss take this week: I got the special email about the tunechecker, but not the weekly email. In fact the last time I got it was middle of November and then there had been a gap of a couple of weeks before that.
It doesn't land in junk so what's happening?
As an "old timer" I'm feeling a bit neglected :(
Stop looking for answers....
The most you can hope for are clues.....:)

    Hi ksh123,

Thanks for reporting this - can you let us know what email client you are using (eg. Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail etc)

Ive reported to the technical team who'll take a look

If this does ever happen though, the tip always goes live on the website on Tuesday night, at https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/latesttip, so you can see the latest one that way

  • This has been happening to my mum as well! She even unsigned and signed up again - still hit and miss. Her address is hotmail.com if this helps! (But don't worry, the first thing I do Weds am is check the new deals and let her know if there's any she needs!).
