bank charges advice

hello all,

its been a while since i was here i hope all posters are all doing well.

i just the article about bank charges and martins advice about writing those letters-what i would like to know is can someone in my situation also do this?


i have credit card and overdraft debt,been yaking advice from cccs and i am making payments too collection agencies or telling them this is what i can afford.

mostly i am dealing with agencies can i still write to credit card companies/banks about the charges??

bit confused about this and would love some help.

Sorry you had to wait so long for a response, between here and CAG, things have been manic and we have missed posts.


The short answer is yes. In all likelihood, all charges you reclaim will then go towards clearing your debts, and that's a good step towards becoming debt-free that much quicker!
