Hi,
I desperately need a mortgage for 70k on a 50% shared ownership house I've found. I have a 25% deposit and earn 35k a year but I also have a not so good credit history - few missed payments usual crap.
I am willing to pay a HIGH rate of interest providing I can move after a year - anyone got any ideas who I should approach?
