Draft, outline loan agreement??

I know, I know, never lend to friends or family!!! I accept fully I may be making a daft decision but....

I'm planning on loaning a friend some money (£950 since you ask). I'd prefer to get this documented clearly so we both know where we are and understand what we are doing - and so I can take legal action later if need be..

Anyone know where I might find a (hopefully free) draft document?? For what it's worth Scottish Law would govern the matter..

Yours aye
