I have changed my contact details since I took out a loan and I have missed a payment.
I don't want them calling and talking to my parents about this,
Can they do this? Tell whoever picks up the phone its regarding a loan?
I want to call them to update my details and inform them of the situation, head them off at the pass so to speak.
