my dd likes a cup of tea and either a small cake (ie flapjack) or a couple of biscuits. she's 10 now, but i found when she was younger giving her supper meant she slept through better. i'm also a big fan of having supper, although i tend to have a cup of tea and a couple of weetabix.£2 saver club 30th sept 198 £2 coins = £396(£350 banked)0

DD (4) has either a biscuit, crumpet, scotch pancake or toasted teacake with a glass of milk or a cup of warm milk or tea on cold nights.

i think supper is a wonderful idea. i like nothing better than a wet and windy evening in deep winter, and to snuggle up in bed with a few biscuits and hot drink.
but then i just love food and winter. lol0 -
