I placed an order with JL last week. When it hadn't arrived in the time I checked my account and saw it said order processing. Rang them to see what was going on and it turned out they were out of stock and so it was on a back-order! No phone call or e-mail to tell me, was not impressed! :rolleyes:

Unfortunately it was for Go Go Hamster playsets which are like gold dust so got no chance! :rolleyes:
