Well am not please with Natwest this week. Back in to 2007 I opened my eyes and entered in to a DMP.

The DMP was for

£5854 Natwest Loan
£3702 HFC Loan

Now is about

£4500 Natwest Loan
£2500 HFC Loan.

So that's around £7000 on my DMP my Estimated Total Remaining Debt £7566.84
Which is about right as my natwest account was added to the plan as it when in to the red (-£407) as nantwest kept on taking the loan payments when I was at £0. At the time I asked natwest to stop the DD as there is no money in the back to take they said no they can't.

Now I have a debt of £800 own to natwest as they say the account is not on the plan But (Natwest loan + HFC loan + Natwest acc = The total debt on my DMP)

What the hell are natwest playing at so the money they have had off me in the last 12months is only just more than the extra they have added on.

Why has it taken them 2years to tell me this iv not have one bit of post from them.

I don't no were to go with this now.

Any help for a poor sod.

If I knew about the debt 2years ago and that it was not added I would be ok and just add it on my DMP but now £400+ charges is very unfair. I now do not want to add it until the charges are off or less.

Am sending them this should I add anything? Sorry about spellings

I am being treated unfairly by Natwest and I wish to revsole the problem I have with Natwest them self’s before make by complaint to the onbusman.

Is you can see I have a Debt Management Plan with PayPlan to repay the debt I have outstanding.

The loan out standing is being paid be at a rate I can afford thank you for accepting this.

When I started the plan the load and my over daft were added to gever and all other acctons were closed .

In 2007 the default balance for the load was £5,854 and the current account default balance was £405.

These to numbers were given to the people at church wood. Were a offer was made to pay back the debt.

I then the DMP was move over to Pay Plan as they are a unfee charging company save me money and helping me repay my debt back quicker.

Now over two years later I am very aniod and upset to download I free copy of my credit report to see that the payments made to you have only been going towards the loan repayments and not the overdraft which I arijlee thought. Now this debt has clocked up £429.25 in charges making this debt £834.25 from £405.

I phoned up payplan who told me to speak to natwest I have not yet had the time and feel this letter would be better than a phone call.

On the 27/11/2009 Payplan have emailed me “We have been advised by Natwest that you have an overdraft account reference 000000/00000000. Is this account to be added to the plan?”

Were in the start both debts were put to gever the balance for natwest on my DMP works out as the loan + overdraft.

Natwest has never chase me for this debt and have never told me that I am not making payments to it.
I do belive that this has been so natwest can make even more money from me and to make it harder to pay back my debts.

I wish for natwest to review the charges of £429.25 before the £405 is re added the my plan. As this is making it hard for me to clear the debt.

Also I would like a letter not a BOOK/FLYER explain why natwest did not chase or let me know of this debt?
