I'm in a joint IVA with my husband commenced oct 09. The car payment of £420 per month has been agreed under this. My balloon payment is due jan 2010 of £11,000. The finance company wont refinance this due to the IVA. Does any one known of a finance company I could use to re finance or as an alternative hand this car back and purchase a second hand one.

I dont think any finance company will take you with an iva on file, you would be best handing it back and buying a cheapy0
