Does anyone think this would be an appropriate gift for a teacher? I have been looking for a nice gift for my daughters teacher (DS thinks she is the best EVER! she is lovely!). My daughter goes to big school next year and so leaves her current one.

I have been looking for something up to about £10-£15 and this set seems fab... I am in two minds as I am not sure if perfume is a bit too much of a personal thing... IYSWIM! :rolleyes:

Absolutely NOT.

I think a nice litre bottle of brandy would be far more appropriate.

I have also drawn the attention of the manager at my local Tesco to this. He is putting stickers on shelves of chocolates as suitable for gifts for teachers. I have told him to move the signs to the wines and spirits section and the television section.
