Firewood?

Hi everyone,

Have been driving up the Malone road on the past few Saturday's and noticed there is usually a red car beside the dub roundabout selling firewood; £5 for 2 bags. Has anyone bought from this person before? Is the quality of the wood good for burning?

Failing that, can anyone recommend a cheap place to get firewood in the Comber/Ballygowan/Saintfied area? Sent an email to ni-tree but currently awaiting a reply.....

There is a place on the upper braniel road that's very good. Its got a little sign on the right hand side as you go towards dundonald about 300 metres up from the ballygowan road. They are landscape gardeners & they store the logs in the dry. Give them a shot - do turf as well
