HMV - watch your bank statements

If you've placed an order recently with HMV, please check your bank statements carefully.
I placed an order last week for 3 DVDs at £5.99, and a CD at £3.99. The DVDs were shipped, but I was charged for 4 not 3, so had to ring for a refund. I put it down to someone hitting a key once too often (christmas staff/busy warehouse etc).
However, yesterday the remaining CD was shipped and £3.99 taken from my account, and this morning I've checked my statement to find another £3.99 has been taken - so I now have to ring for another refund.
I know at this time of year people are doing a lot of shopping, and have tighter budgets, and so this could cause some people some real hassle - especially as according to HMV it could take up to a week for the refunds to get back into accounts (although in reality my first one only took 2 days).
Not sure if this is the right place, so Mods please move if it would be better somewhere else.
