Help plzzzz

I am very soon going to be left homeless.i am thinking of getting a mortgage for buying my first home because i am tired of paying rents etc.
As i am on pay of 12,000 but i have deposit of 20,000.but no mortgage brooker is ready to lend me more than 60000.But i know i can afford more than that from other sources .e.g home business and i have got property oversees where i get rent from plus my sister would also be helping.

so i want a mortgage of 1,40000 but i need to know is there any mortgage available where i don't have to provide proof of income.i m ready to pay high interest rates but i just a need a mortgage with no proof of income or bank statments or any other thing required.

Any help would be really appreciated.

as long as you have enough income to support the loan you are looking for, from various income sources you may be able to find a lender.

You have a 12,000 basic salary - what is teh other income you have? What figure does it come to?

i can definitely pay £1000 monthly mortgage.I have a property oversees which is a banquet hall so i get an income of nearly £1000 monthly from it but it also depends on seasons.
other business which i do is buy products from oversees and sell it here on ebay or to shopkeepers.which is quite profitable.i also work more on christmas and east holidays because i am a student.but soon after my graduation i will be earing more.
