it is actually amazing how fast the 45 minutes flew by....it sounds like a long time and you wonder how many questions can be asked in that time.. but it wasn't a barrage of questions i didn't know the answers to. i was so worried about having to say 'i don't know' or 'i'm not sure' but it was fine
i hope yours goes smoothly, i will be keeping my fingers crossed for you on Tuesday

You hit the nail on the head there conf! When you read 45 minute interview I think you straight away think interogation but it's so not like that all.0

hi im so pleased it went well for you,the best advice i got on here prior to our interview on the phone was..dont waffle as been told i put it in words on a peice of paper in front of me,at one point i could hear myself beginning to waffle on,but i stopped myself in time,it did work out better for not doing so. penny x0

The phone call with the OR seems to be part of the process that everyone dreads, i know i did, but it most often turns out to be just fine (if you tell the truth).
Im really glad for you confused76. You can just sit back and erase all of those horrible memories of being chased for debt etc.
