Think I've lost my clubcard points..

Don't know if this is the right place to put this but anyway. The last time I checked my account online using my clubcard number and postcard I had over 200 and they were gonna be sent in my Feb statement cos I've just received the last 250 in vouchers in my November one. It now says that I need to collect 55 points to start receiving vouchers and would get them in January :huh:. It also had less points then there should be on my last receipt.

We had some vouchers sent out early to us(arrived yesterday) with an attatchment saying here have these early for xmas. The rest will be sent out in Feb. xx

its a bit of a bonus, instead of sending out feb, tesco have sent them out early when customers may need them most. you will get your usual statement feb with the rest of the points you have accumulated as normal

You were all right , I received my vouchers today. I was worrying over nothing.

I got £9 worth yesterday. Will come into good use, with the other ones I've still to use for the food shopping on Xmas week
