Great background for History GCSE - I was going to get this from Amazon for ds, so you've saved me £10. Got 6% cashback on Quidco too. Yea!0

Good deal, cheers OP0

I saw half of this series when it was on TV a couple of years ago but then missed quite a few episodes, and at this price it's a great bargain.......thanks caladesi0

I thought Zavvi had gone bust?0

It is a bargain but there's enough war and desolation and evil on tv nowadays without watching the past wars

Nothing compares to WWII for evil and senseless killing. These DVD's should be shown in schools as a lesson.0

I agree caladesi they should be shown in schools,And they should scrub the fancy school holidays abroad and be taken to the Normandy beaches to see the graves of the the young soldiers who died,The American grave yard is a real eye opener.0

Great find. Now all I need to find is Planet Earth blu ray reduced and I'm all sorted. :jI agree caladesi they should be shown in schools,And they should scrub the fancy school holidays abroad and be taken to the Normandy beaches to see the graves of the the young soldiers who died,The American grave yard is a real eye opener.
I quite agree but I think the schools do take those children who take History as an option to Normandy don't they? I visited back in 1982 - left a massive impression on me - and my son who left school only 4 yrs ago also went to visit the war trenches and the D-Day beaches. Hope the kids still get to go on these trips...0 -
They do still take them, my ds's school is doing the trip next year and it's full with a waiting list!£2 savers club no.107 :j £36 so far.0
