Hi Lisa & welcome.
Have a look at this post by Southern Scoucer. It would give you a good idea of where/how to post a statement of affairs (list of all imcoming/outgoing/aprs/credit limits). This will be a good basis for all these good people to come along and offer you their good advice. All very useful too!
Good luck0 -
Hi and welcome.
Yeh we need an SOA (statement of affairs) with all your incomings and outgoings on it. Then we can give you pointers as to where you could cut down and put the money you've saved on to the debt.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040 -
In the meantime, might want to check how much you're paying with provident and the catalogue; might find they're the ones to clear as likely charging the most interest.
Washer rent rather wasteful - you could probably pick one up 2nd-hand for the cost of 3 or 4 months' rent. In fact, a brand-new one from Argos would cost you £170 - less than 6 months' rent (don't take out the extended warranty - waste of money). If you put the cost of that, your overdraft, loan and catalogue debt on 0% interest card, you could probably get them all paid off before the interest-free period expired.0 -
Welcome! Your figures are useless without ALL your income and ALL your outgoings. Thats what they mean by an SOA (Statement of Affairs). Put them up and there'll be loads of help.0
