ah that it explain it, I ordered some more today as website still shows 50% off, I also ordered some other gifts 50% off and the discount didnt show right, so I phoned and they gave me the discount over the phone.

nearly all the cookbooks i ordered are now unavailable. i ordered 11 and now i am only getting 2!!! i think i will just cancel them in disgust at the poor service

bit harsh isnt it considering how much they have been giving people recently, they are probably over loaded with orders. Some people have even got orders for as little as £2 so dont grumble a lot of other companys would have cancelled the order at least you are still getting two

Got my order today. Parcel was damaged enough that items could easily have fallen out or been removed but all were in tact thankfully.
