I have been looking for a laptop and this is in my price range and ticks all the boxes.
BUT it is vista and I really want windows 7. How easy/expensive is it to change the OS? Sorry if this is a dumb question - I am a 'plug and play' sort of person

You'll need to buy an upgrade to Win 7. Pretty straightforward to do on a new laptop as theres no data etc to backup first.0
