I tried for a bed and carrier for myself and a house for my friend but by the time I got to checkout the bed had gone so I tried again but then the carrier had gone but I got a house!

The only problem is I had something for £14.99 already in my basket so I have bought that too and they have reserved £75 worth of funds for a £40 order :mad:

The same happened last week where they took £75 from my account for 4 x seperate orders and I didnt get anything.

Everybody check your accounts...if you have a order showing then you will get it but please check your bank or paypal accounts too because if you tried more than once chances are they have frozen more than you ordered

I managed to order a bed and a carrier set from TRU TBH i hadn't even been hoping to get these (seemed harder to get these than anything) so this is a MAJOR bonus

I suspect they will tell you that only TRU can release the funds at the moment if they have been reserved (it's an instant process) and that if the funds aren't taken by TRU in 3-5 working days (depending on your banks policy) then they will release them for you. hth xx

Well, I know exactly what you mean. i have now, reluctantly bought everything (apart from the hamsters which i got from argos) from from ebay. I have Pipsqueak (x3!!), chunk, patches (he was from ebay), the house, the sleepdome &surfboard, the u-turn and skateboard, the car and garage, the slide, the wheel and the ball and another smaller house to clip on to the main unit. All in it cost about £200 :eek:. A friend is making beds and carriers for us.

But, me and dp have been playing with the stuff once the kids are in bed and my goodness it is really excellent fun. we are really pleased with it. the skateboard and surfboard are great and the hammies look really funny as they ride round the room on them. Also on the bright side it should all last well as on the whole it is quite simple and so no high tech stuff for little hands to break. We are really pleased we bought it. We have 3 little ones, the older 2 are desperate for all the hamster stuff for Christmas. Am sure they will really enjoy it. baby will enjoy crawling after the hammies too. Dp even said that no matter how high the prices go on ebay he will NOT be even slightly tempted to sell it all!

We have wooden floors (polished floor boards). The hammies run around fine on them but sometines get stuck in the groove between the floor boards. The skateboard and surfboard are ace though as they stop the hammies getting stuck at all. If you have floorboards then these 2 are really worth getting.
