Asda at Metrocentre had some hamster bits and pieces tonight

Just checked their website and it now says they are restricting to 1 of each item per household. Do you think that is for new orders or will that be my order too? Sorry for asking but hoping that you will know!

I believe that since advertising the products, that they have been overwhelmed with orders, hence the stock levels are now nearly depleted so they have had to restrict the number that can be ordered inline with this to try and make sure as many people as possible can get one. Hence your order will still be ok.

I have just realised why my adventure ball is rubbish, it is missing the stabiliser plate ? does anyone know what this looks like and who I can email about it? thankyou

Blue plastic flat thing same as ball, clips onto bottom of hammie. They come in the ball packaging and kids can easily lose them as they not much wider than the hammie. Take it back to where you bought it to see if they can help or ring customer services at Character to see if they can help as they may be able to get you a spare bit www.character-online.co.uk
