Give them a call Vicky to find out. I just didn't choose any options and which puts you through to a person and then I asked to speak to someone in english, and then got my tracking number that way

Don't panic. I never had a single email from them, and mine turned up fine.

They had all the hamsters in store at Argos(Chester le street) today and according to the press all their stores are receiving stock this week.
