Can't believe I got excited at an auction with no bids for Pip (99p) not noticing postage at £19.99. Good job I don't need hamsters. What I really need is sleep - damned online shopping is doing me no good at all.

1 nds replacement shell one from deal extreme for £4.60 ordered on 16 nov, posted on 19th still not here, (from hk)

1 nds replacement shell from ebay seller said uk but email said he dispatches form various warehouses around the world and that was posted on the 14th dec. (auction said uk seller and feedback said uk seller)

i needed one of the shells for replacing a old tatty ds that was for xmas present for some one, so heres hoping it comes soon.

1 lcd front screen that was bought via ebay on 26th nov still not hear yet no sure when it was dispatched yet (from hk)

and then my Spanish set to come, which i think it will come before anything else eventually

those form hk are blaming the hk post office for loosing the items but yet wont refund me

Have you thought of opening a paypal dispute to get your money back

at least you'll be covered by ebay and paypal for the items you have bought from ebay. i know its better to have the things you have ordered, but not getting things and having to fight for your money pack is a royal pain in the behind.
just make sure you raise your paypal claims soon before too much time has gone by. off the top of my head, i think you have 45 days from the date of payment. in the past, i've popped claims in before 30days and explained politely to the seller that i'm sorry if its the fault of the postal service but i'm just covering myself because at the end of the day, i've handed money over and received nothing.
