argggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I'm SO MAD!!!! Just received my JL delivery from Monday - supposed to be a playset - opened the box (bashed up at that!!!) MR SQIGGLES peeping out at me (lovely as he is I don't need another one) I could REALLY do without the hassle of returning it and NOT HAVING MY PLAYSET!!!!! BTW - it came Royal Mail

For those of u who have recently ordered from tru i have just filled in this survey about my experience of shopping and delivery and my answers were Not positive.

i filled mine out yesterday and my answers werent very complimentary either- a bit like when i fill out the ebay questionnaires really.
good job three have never sent me one really- i'd be immediately diagnosed with tourettes!

I can't believe what' been happening with JL _pale_ that's just NOT right!! i don't get how they can relist playsets without first correcting sc***ed up orders first

so is it mainly the playsets and addons that ppl are still looking for as i seen tesco seemed to have a substantial amount of hammies recently

Ok I ordered a chunk from Tescos on Thursday and got it this morning. The hamster I got is white but says NumNums on the box?!!? This isn't right surely but does it matter. I just wanted to make sure I got three different ones for each of my kids so there would be no arguments so even though I have Num nums already it is the gray one so thats ok?
I am normally a very sane intelligent person but this whole hamster business is making me nuts!
Back in November I got a few bits from Wilkinsons as they had loads of everything, wish I had got more now!

Well its nearly lunch time, and royal mail delivery will be knocking off soon so i think i can take that as they where never sent out. Playsets are non existent, not even hammies which i do not want anyhow. I beginning to wonder if the !!!! up with JL could be an area thing? If they was dispatched from two different parts of the country, it just seems strange that a few have got the right items.When i say a few i think three have come back so far and said they got what they ordered. I do know one thing JL are not going to get away with palming me off with ten pounds. I am disgusted.

I joined in the hammy hunt only about 100 thread pages ago, I refuse to pay over the odds so have just been checking shops and websites when I can be bothered (thought I had no chance!) my friend is visiting family in Goole today and argos have them in stock she has picked me up Mr Squiggles and Nums Nums :j

Need something to go with them now, I dont really understand the play sets and/or add ons? but I hear these are easier to get than the hamsters, is that right?
