hi do you know how to cancel orders on there as im worried im not going to receive my order in time for xmas, and if they dont get back to my email i think ill have to cancell.

just checked my skateboard and surfboard - everything present and correct but jesus theres not much toy there when you remove the box.

I still havent checked my go go boxes as DH has put them all in loft..think we need to start wrapping soon so check them then

Are you saying it was just an empty box or the ramp is in it but no skateboard?

I think the only way of cancelling is to email them, though they're not all that responsive. Be aware that other people have received stuff from them within a week (not 3, like it says on their site). So once their carrier has it, it's plain sailing. It just seems to be taking them longer than usual to get it to their carrier at the moment. In any case, I would email them to find out a realistic delivery date and take things from there (that's what I've done). HTH

Or you could ring them up - I've not yet tried that because my Spanish is very rusty (actually, non existent)...

Hi everyone, well as of today i now have 7 hamsters! haha i want to say a MASSIVE thankyou to LOZ for my 4 hamsters i have just got them, am so happy, the spare 3 i have are now on ebay i dont know if they will sell as ive never sold anything on there before (technophobe). still need all the accessorys though exclubing the play house x

Is everything missing or just the skateboard- mine was hidden between the bits you have to put together for the uturn - it's not very big - but then again a hamster wouldn't need a full sized skateboard, thinkging about it why does a hamster need a skateboard??????????????????:rotfl:
