This may be relevant for those who recently bought Playsets from JL i.e. today. I just received a phone call from JL customer service. They said my card failed security checks and they needed to go through it again. I told the advisor there is nothing wrong with my card and details should all be correct. The lady retried the payment details and it went through fine this time, and her response was that they had these issues before last week when orders were coming in too quickly and the system couldn't handle them. So I suggest you guys who bought playsets today to check the status of your order to ensure it is not held for security checks as if they can't contact you, they will simply cancel your orders. If you have an 'Order Received' status since this morning then you should call JL.

Yes, over the last couple of months i've ordered 2 lots of 3 and have received a sealed box contained the 3 different ones on both occassions
