    Well after nearly two weeks and numerous emails my Tru order finally arrived and remarkably intact!

    Well I opened my hammies just to check they were all OK. In my haste to get Pip out of the box & release him from all those plastic ties from his undercarriage & pulled the 2 ties which are to his left & right & the hook things snapped off!!! I thought they were laced through not hooked IYKWIM.
    He runs around just fine but will these 2 hooks missing impair him in any other way IF he gets any accessories?

    The hooks activate different noises etc when he ru over them...like in the connecting tube in house.

    argggggggggghh just got in about half an hour ago - straight here and stockchecker - went to read my little man a story came back to a blank screen - wiggled the computer and stockchecker was stuck on 2:06pm so I refreshed and now I'm forbidden!!!!!!!!!!! noooooooooooooooooo................
    boooo hooooooooo - I only refreshed cos it was stuck - going to have to rely on you guys now!!!!

    Not sure this is correct - the activator is the little sticky out bit at the front under his head. I believe the other things that broke are just part of the packaging - we had all this a few weeks ago and everyone was trying to peer under their hammies without getting them out the boxes. :D

    I haven't taken my out yet (have just checked their noses work) but somebody posted earlier that those parts that snapped off weren't essential
