its says in tiny writing on the box that you cannot use rechargeable batteries BUT on the hamster instruction leaflet inside it says you can as long as you don't mix one rechargeable with one non rechargeable.

Yes!!! Thanks for that cos I've been panicking. Friends of mine who are using their hamsters at the moment say that they eat batteries so I bought rechargeables and a 1 hour recharger, then read on here and on the box that I couldn't use them!!! I'm so pleased I didn't waste all of that money. :j
I'm looking for a good deal on an ipad and an ipod for christmas 2013 :j
  • There seems to be lots of beds and carriers around at the moment, posted earlier this morning to say I had gone to TRU and they had 2 rows of them hanging up, not sure if this is the stock that is meant to be coming on 18th or if there will be more. Was really surprised to see them this morning.

I thought prices would be coming down on ebay with the recent hamsters for sale but they are still as high as ever! One just went for nearly £20! I like to keep looking on ebay even though I wouldnt pay those prices. Do you think they go for more after lunch and then again after about 7pm or is it just me?

i think that's because people aren't always sitting at their Pc's or are at work and unable to use the internet and miss the stock. They I guess have to resort to the more expensive sites where stock is available all the time.

AAA batteries, they are the little thin ones arent they? Oh no I just persumed AA and have 3 packs of rechargeable ones of them now. Oh well they will fit something else. I thought I only needed a charger now. I will have to start looking again.
Looking forward to new ventures

Clearly a cynic because people been rushing to shops long before this. They're sold out everywhere.

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

My 3 year old son is enjoying playing with Num Nums. Not going to bother with the other bits now he's happy enough using his imagination and creating tunnels for it with other stuff in the laying around the house.

I did want a ball but they are silly money might get one in the new year if they have them in stock and at rrp.
