I thought that was a little deceptive on YTC's part.
If she had said each one is £19.99 i would have left it and stuck with my hunt as thats not really any better than ebay.
They havent even been delivered yet and i was told they were going straight out that afternoon for delivery.
Crikey, if you consider that they would have bought them at a lot less than the 9.99 RRP too that's one hell of a mark up. What can shops buy them for? Half the RRP price? A third of the RRP price?0 -
got my toys r us surfboard and ball yesterday, have to say only by luck though Royal Fail left it on the doorstep all day in full view of everyone, idiotsNorn Iron Club Member #64

Same here with YTC, was so excited to get my hamster ball, rushed into it, thinking 19.99 was the rrp.
Then when I stopped to think about it realised 19.99 + p&p was a bit crazy for a hamster ball! and was really annoyed with myself. Wouldn't have done if I'd stopped to think.0 -

not the funhouses , the playsets ie. the skateboard and surfboard0 -
Confession time: I set up the ball last night with Mr Squiggles in it (i had to check it was working ok so there is not a dissapointed 6 year old on Christmas morning) Mr Squiggles seemed to fall over quite a lot - is this normal with the ball - I was a little disapointed as it doesnt seem to be much good at all. I set him up with the little balance plate thingy but this didnt appear to help much at all. Any one else had this priblem?0

Oh okay, I can't keep up I haven't attempted to get any of those bits.I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something0 -
I won't be doing any shopping with them again - think they are exploiting the situation just a bit.0

I know somebody else mentioned that they had a problem with Chunk falling over in the ball, but I think they said another hamster was OK.0 -

i think we just got carried away as they had stock! lol , it's doing it over the phone too , her mobile was going off in the background and she was reaping off what they'd got so i rushed into deciding. I really had it in my head the rrp was £14.99 , i wouldn't have minded an extra fiver so much but an extra tenner is pushing it. they better be bloomin good when i get to play with them , er i mean when my daughter plays with them0 -
