No he doesnt, and when i ask how it went he just said she is doing fine! Fine, whats that?
Could be worse. My Dad used to take notes at parents' evenings to interrogate us with later....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
I was just thinking of funny programmes on the tv where you see them selling whatever to the drunken people falling out of pubs at Christmas.
I can just picture Del Boy and Rodney with a barrow full of hammies :rotfl:
lol I used to work on a market stall and anything we had left over in the 2 days before xmas we used to take to our local and try and flog lol x not going there with Hamsters though, just be happy with what I've got and then try save my money for the January sales. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Yes, ha, ha, and also as you can only order a maximum of 4 per order, then i suppose they might last a bit longer than normal. I think when one of the smaller retailers listed one time mid evening, they got about 2000 people trying to order in one go.:snow_laug Maximouse loves the build up to Christmas :santa2:0 -

You know i won that ball last and the seller said i couldnt have it, they have just sent me an email asking me to cancel the transaction or they'll issue a non paying bidder thingy with ebay.
Can they do that???
No. That's dishonest as hell. Forward it to ebay, complain like mad. Bad sellers like that stink....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Would be interesting to stay up all night and see how long it takes for them to be sold out, but my eyes are closing, DD2 is asleep on the settee as she's not well so will probably sleep on the other settee for a bit until she wakes up and see if she wants to go up to bed or stay where she is.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

I'm one of four children, so quite possibly (-:...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Any parent who pays 450 for that auction has to have more money than sense imo!!
After they pay £450 for something which is about £135 RRP, they'll have a lot less money and still no sense (-:...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Princesswoo - re Ebay, I would get the seller to send you the 'mutual agreement' thing and then when it asks whether you agree to mutually end the transaction or not, click no, that way the case will be closed and the seller will not get their final value fees back. Someone did that to me once said they didn't want the item they won so I sent the mutual agreement thing (can't remember what it's correct name is) and they clicked that they didn't agree so I didn't get my fees back.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160
