I had a similar problem with another retailer - I phoned them and sorted it.

Wow, just caught up with 10 pages, I've missed every JL listing today, would have tried for 2 beds/carriers, but don't 'need' them.

Posted earlier (way back) that my TRU order came this morning too, haven't called to tell them yet as DD2 is ill and have not been on the computer much today.

Maximouse - sorry to hear about your accident, am glad you are OK and the other people too.
