I (very stupidly) used the wrong card this morning, and instead of cancelling my order, they waited for me to call with alternative details!

I also spoke very nicely to the lovely gentleman, and he said he'd see what he could do about specifically requesting a ball for me

Only 374 of them left now, I have got my kids one each......but so tempted to get another incase something goes wrong with the ones people have got for me...........hmmmmmmmmm

Anyone else who ordered from TRU last Friday get their order today? Mine came this morning, will have to ring and tell them as they were going to issue a refund.

I think most people have got the hamsters now,its the add ons,bed and carriers people are still looking for

Got one at John Lewis for my godson. Thanks to everyone for posting, I hope anyone who wanted one got one.

And if they are toxic, meh, a bit of chemicals never hurt anyone.
